ABOUT DR. AMOL LUNKAD

Dr. Amol Lunkad is a Gynecologist, Laparoscopy And Infertility Specialist in Pune and has a vast experience in these fields. He completed MBBS from B.J.Medical College, Pune and MD from AIIMS, New Delhi also did his DNB in OBGY and then diploma in advanced gynec endoscopy from Germany. He got degree of fellowship in IVF/ICSI from USA. Dr. Amol Lunkad is the founder member of gynec endoscopy society (GESI).He has operated in live advance gynec endoscopic surgery workshops. To his credit are published – 27 research articles and chapters in various national and international journals and books. He has been awarded many times in various national & international conferences of gynecology.

As a Chief IVF specialist at India IVF Pune, He brings vast experience in advanced gynec, laparoscopy& hysteroscopy surgery. A post graduate from AIIMS, New Delhi, he brings experience from the India’s premier medical institute. He is reassuring, considerate and has a habit to go the extra mile for his patients. His special interest in Reproductive Endocrinology has been awarded at various National & International Conferences.
Dr.Amol Lunkad is a Executive Committee member of MEDIJAIN, Pune and Gynae. Endocrine Society Of India (GESI).
He And his team done done more than 23000 (twenty three thousand) successful IVF / ICSI pregnancies or test tube baby pregnancies and have conducted more than 1000 free infertility awareness camps all over INDIA and given free counselling & consultation to twenty five thousand plus couples all over INDIA.

He has removed a 7Kg ovarian tumor laparoscopically in April 2012– which was applauded by various National TV channels and newspapers.
He Has been invited operating faculty at 18 national / international gynaecology conferences.
He Has been part of expert panel of doctors in various health shows on TV & also had been exclusively interviewed several times by various television channels like DD Sahyadri, CNBC Aawaz, Zee 24, IBN-Lokmat, TV9, Saam TV, Maharashtra one, etc.
He Has had several live health talk shows on radio – Vividbharati & Akashwani.

• Awarded the prestigious “Suli Rudra Sinha Prize” for the best video in Advanced Gynae. Endoscopy Surgery by Federation of Obsterics & Gynae. of India in 2010.
• Awarded the best oral paper presentation at the National Conference on Gynae Endocrinology – 2011 held at New-Delhi in April 2011.
• Was also awarded the 2^nd best poster presentation at the National Conference on Gynae Endocrinology – 2011 held at New-Delhi, organisaed under agesis of GESI, AOGD & FOGSI on 16-17^th April 2011.
